Our school recently had a college night, where apparently many many colleges came to promote life after high school.

I asked my friend to grab me a couple of brochures from Rice and Baylor.

Baylor’s information packet is very fancy looking. It actually kind of surprises me they’d actually spend money on the students at our high school… considering our own school doesn’t do that. Maybe it’s protocol or something.

But I digress. A friend and I went through the brochures at lunch. She was actually reading the information. I was browsing the pictures. She was actually trying to weigh the pros and cons of each college. I was inspecting every inch of every picture, scouring the brochures for any cute guys.

Because let’s face it: college just won’t be any fun without those hotties in the next dorm over. Then again… a good college with a good science lab may very well have the materials we need to make a bomb… or breed a talking penguin.

Sigh. Boys versus talking animals. Tough choice.
